About these terms
These terms apply when you use bloomagellc.com, submit an enquiry or order products from Bloomage LLC. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Assessments and estimates
Website calculators and general guidance are preliminary only. Final system sizing, runtime, battery autonomy, installation scope and performance expectations require a professional assessment of the property, loads, equipment and site conditions. An estimate is not a guarantee of uninterrupted or fixed-duration power.
Products, pricing and availability
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and the checkout total is recalculated from current product, tax and delivery settings when an order is submitted. Product descriptions and images are provided to help selection, but minor manufacturer or packaging changes may occur. Orders remain subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.
Payment and order acceptance
Payment is processed by the payment provider. An order acknowledgement or pending-payment email does not by itself mean the order has been accepted. Bloomage accepts the order after payment is verified and the products and fulfilment details are confirmed. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you about a replacement, revised arrangement or refund.
Delivery and installation
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing. Access conditions, location, logistics, weather, third-party delays and the need for additional site work may affect timing. Installation work, where requested, is governed by the agreed quotation or statement of work. The customer must provide safe and reasonable site access and disclose known electrical or structural issues.
Cancellations, returns and warranties
Contact Bloomage promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Eligibility depends on whether goods have been dispatched, installed, customised or specially ordered. Products must be returned in the condition and packaging reasonably required for inspection. Manufacturer warranty terms may apply, and warranty coverage does not include misuse, unauthorised alteration, incompatible equipment, abnormal site conditions or normal wear. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use automated means to abuse forms or payment flows.
Liability
Bloomage is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant quotation or contract. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate load information, unauthorised alterations, incompatible third-party equipment, circumstances outside reasonable control or use contrary to supplied guidance.
